I got a message that a "new" waterfall had been discovered, more or less by mistake, by hikers who wanted to visit the Strata waterfall. On 18 January 2012 Keong, Richard and I went on a hike to find this Gerehang waterfall.

It was a nice hike, we passed a few cascaded and small waterfalls and needed river trekking where a trail was missing.

After a bit more than two hours we reached the fall. Very tall, not a lot of water. We built my usual marker

We spent ~ 1.5 hour at the fall before we went back. We were not in a hurry and took time to take pictures of flowers.
